Meet Squirrel
Our farm logistics robot supports farm workers with physically demanding transportation tasks
Squirrel is a lightweight autonomous robot that supports farmers with various tasks in horticulture. Today, it can carry freshly picked produce and empty trays between farm workers and collection points. This allows pickers to spend up to 30% more time picking and reduces fatigue from transporting heavy loads around the farm.

Electric revolution
Forging the path for a green revolution in agriculture, Squirrel is designed from the ground up to run on lithium batteries, enabling a transition to electric machinery and providing a path for farms to reach Net-Zero.
Advanced cyber security
Say no to hackers. Muddy Machines has collaborated with cyber security researchers at the University of Warwick to assess the threats faced by Agri-Robots and ensure Squirrel is resilient to the threats it faces.
Safety first
Safety is at the core of Squirrel’s design, ensuring seamless collaboration with humans. Equipped with dual safety bumpers and 360-degree emergency stops, it prioritises human well-being. Using AI it safely identifies and navigates around people.
Adaptive herd
Squirrel can operate individually, or as part of a larger herd, building resilience against labour supply shortages. When operating as a herd, Squirrel communicates with other machines, continuously adapting to optimise harvest performance.
